Even Pot Noodles may become a luxury Item......
I am not Mr Current Affairs, but I could not help but be shocked on a visit to my local supermarket today.
The rake on a standard Pot Noodle seems to have gone through the roof, with the cost being £1.10. This covered all formats in standard size, even the "Bombay Bad Boy" did not escape this price tag.
It seems like the increased rake being charged will put these noodles beyond most regular users.
The cost of a "King" pot is only £1.15, which in comparison seems like better value. Is it another case of the small-stake noodle eaters being pushed out?, or should "own brand" alternatives be considered?

Chicken and mushroom ftw no?
Deffo the green ones, although when they started selling em with "now even less salt" they just weren't the same.
The brown ones used to be nice too.
Chicken n mushroom pasta n sauce is better - stick a tin of sweetcorn in, canny gorrrr wrong
That price is extreme hunni. Is that the price for one? x
If you like the `real Mc Coy` and eat alot of them. Why not go for the 6 or 8 packs if they are a decent price. x
