Just wondering...

Say a tournament is starting at 1:00 pm and I'm registered for it but at 12:30 pm my boss called me and said I had to visit a client or one of my children had to go to the hospital for an emergency would i be kicked from the tournament when it began and would I also lose my buy-in money?

    Hi Bristolgas and welcome to the forum.

    In this case, assuming you can't deregister, you would lose your buyin.  Having said that if you dont play any hands and just get blinded out it might be worth contacting customer services, using one of the methods below and explain what happened and they MAY refund your buyin.
