Just going to ask was i correct to check the turn id put him on a heart draw, and i didnt have one, obviously a simple fold on the river, but opinions please

    He's not got a flush draw every time so you have to bet to get value for all the other times he hasn't got one.

    He could have plenty other hands.

    I like the pre-flop and flop play though, but I'd still fire a bet on the turn.

    He could have a Q, KT, 9T and if we're really lucky he could have a worse J. the turn is a scare card but we can't slow down every time a scare card hits.

    bet turn there are hands with single hearts he can call with and you can fill up. bet fold turn unless you think he's a madman!

    I'd just shove the turn tbh as with his stack you cant really b/f, like bean and clio say theres plenty of hands that he can call you with that you're still ahead of.
