Is this Really possible?

I wish i would have had the hand guys but sorry. I was once playing on this other website. i hit quad aces. On the river he hit a royal flush. What should i do after this because i was annoyed and on the verge of throwing my laptop out of my window.

What should i do to make sure i have a level head for the next tournament?

I want to know this incase i get a really bad beat again what to do.

By the way the question is not if is this really possible? i was just so stunned.

    laugh it off mate, the more you play the more you learn to deal with it better. if affects your next performance give yourself an hour and do something which is fun, or to lighten your mood eg. watch tv, play fighting computer game dont play fifa as that tends to tilt me more lol

    take 5 minute time out, register for smaller buy in and see how affects your game just think its unlucky nothing more, not the end of the world

    if it happened to me i`d go for a ten minute walk, start talking to myself while walking down the road a passer-by would think i`m nuts, they`ll call authorities and i`d end up loony bin, or there`ll send me to dohhhhhhhhh`s place >
