Please comment reckless or not?

Please comment on my play it was agressive as I knew this player was very passive, was it to agressive and reckless and I am aware it was dangerous and could have have cost a lot of chips.

Table dynamics:
The table was happy to see flops with everyone limping, I was playing with a limited range always raising 4x and more if more than 2 limper being the table was so passive. When I raised I was being called often by two players with rag A/k and suited hands so if my follow on bet did not get through and I missed slow down. One player would bet out if he hit the flop and check when he missed so easy enough to read, X betting was very strange seemed to reduce his betting size as the hand progressed his fav bet was 20p??? This was the first hand X had raised only 80p he normally raised £1 so decided to call on the button as he was either weak or looking for action with a biggy as I had 3bet him a few times in this position resulting in him folding.

In a nut shell I was playing the player here I did have outs which I hit but on reviewing my hand history was not sure if may play was some what reckless.

I don't like the flop raise because you can easily call and take a cheap turn, if you raise and he comes back over the top you have to fold a hand with a bunch of outs which would suck so that's why I would rather call than semi-bluff in this spot. I would prefer to semi-bluff coin flipping hands like straight flush draw where if you stack off you will probs be 50%+ to win the hand so you are happy to get the money in but ideally want the opponent to fold as you don't hold a made hand.

I like the raise on the flop, building a bigger pot with good draw as well as have the chance to take pot there, and he probably checks turn so you get to see cheap river, but its just a bit too big i think, i would have raised to about £3 as it does same job.
