sky vegas - what a load of poo!

All i can say is dont do it peeps! dont normally play it, but went on the roulette 'live'  but thought it terrible, tried to place bet 4 times, thought i was a quid in and was out lol, finally got a bet on, went to confirm, confirm, confirm, confirm, 4 times lol ended up as a 4 quid bet lol what a rip off lol, and thats not me being sour grapes, just sooooo complicated! and ive got a degree!!! stick to the poker - ya know it makes sense!!!

    I cant pretend i am not a little hurt by this post :(

    So Loony all I can really say is i am sorry your 1st experience was not that great of Vegas.  The Live Casino certainly should not be as complicated as you describe and no need to confirm your bet 3 times so I am unsure if you were experiencing any connection issues at the time.  The Live casino is generally more popular with the experienced casino players so if you are new to Vegas then maybe next time try the standard 'Roulette - Low Stakes' or one of the many variations we have.  You should be able to find them all very easily from the left menu's or simply type 'Roulette' into the search tool to see all the games.

    In the meantime I will put the £3 back into your account so you can give some of our other games a try as I can see you had troubles.

    Hope you find the next time more fun!!

    thanks bob - ive played the computer roulette, but thought the live bit would be 'more random' if ya know what i mean, much appreciated for the £3 back, but to tell the truth i wasn't really bothered about the refund, just thought it was too easy to make a bet mistake thats all. The thing is i tried 3 times to place a £1 bet and it didnt accept and i would have won lol, and the 4th time it did accept and took £4 off me when i lost lost lol. TBH i feel a little guilty now as you have been so good with your service and i wasnt expecting the money back and it was probably just me being daft not knowing what i was doing, however i will now have another go in the next couple days and invest 5 £1 attempts and see how it goes and will give you further feedback if you like, if thats ok?

    well im well anoyed after spending 6 quid getting the comunity feature avail to me on cops and robbers  i keep losing conection to the server and it tells me to refresh when i do this it does nothing this is just a con im well fed up and i only lost 6 quid yet its not my fault the server keeps crashing is it so how do i complain ?
