I dont think so. You know the score, When you flop a set, it doesnt matter how many tables you are playing, that particular one is getting most of your attention. Especially when ur oppo is firing every street and you just rivered a boat.
If not slowroll then possible connection probs at a critical time, but I`m ruling out the multitabling reason
