my new favourite is from last friday in a live game at a casino--
a guy on my table raised in mid position to 2500, i'm on the button--
blinds are 300/600 and the BB has only 2000 left--
it's all passed to me--
the raiser guy had only just come to our table and was very leery and loud--
so i flat call and the BB decides it's only right to gamble now and puts his last 2000 in--
the flop comes K J 4 (rainbow)--
he now (the raiser) stands as if to an audience of fans and declares--
i'm all-in-- as he does a pirouette around his chair the likes of a ballerina would be proud--
with my mp3 player still in my ears i say, CALL--
he flicks over A J -- i turn over-- (bye now we have spectators all around) --K 4 --
the turn and river come blanks--
the dealer pushes the chips to me with my two pair KK 44--
the BB player gets up --we shake hands and say, good luck--well played--
however mr leery loud ballet dancer who'd had a beer or two declares as he looks to the heavens--
how can you call a pre flop raise with that sh** ?--
to which i replied--
easy--- "i just pressed the call button"!--
so whats your favourite poker saying?--
my new found saying when players get the hump in live games and say--
how can you call with that sh** ? --is--
"easy - i just press the call button"

Cant stop saying this at the moment. Even my kids are saying it.
Even at the supermarket today, our 3 year-old daughter told the cashier that Curly Wurlys were "For The Win" when she scanned them.
Although the favorite one i use, "NO ACE, NO ACE, DEALER I TOLD YOU NOT TO BRING THAT ACE OUT!"

That very line may just have been enough to make McBride make the call, and hand Nguyen the main event bracelet.
No 'line' could surely make any more impact than this.

Pittman sarcastically: "Yeah, go figure, huh?".
"I threw away all those hands just to make it look like they could move in on me. What a terrible play. If I ever stick all my money in with King Jack. Shh...but of course that will never happen in a million years."
Pittman interrupts: "Yeah, I've seen worse"
"Not from me buddy. That's why I'm the 9 time world champion of Hold 'Em, cause I always have the best hand. You found a Jack for the live one, huh?"
Phil voices his displeasure to his wife in the crowd...
''Cuuuuh' mon, you know hun? C'mon. The guys trying to catch a flight."
Pittman shakes his head..."What a cry-baby!"
Phil then wanders around the Casino, blowing off steam to anyone who will listen:
"I got a whole table full of people who don't know what they're doing. I can't even tell you what happened to me...it'll make you sick."
He then makes his way back to the crowd and asks his wife "Should I go back and play?". She says nothing, and Phil returns to the table.
It amused me. I think I even had the odds at the time.

the guy in my game (first post) was just like that after the flop--
his all-in move then the 'whoop' 'whoop' ballerina pirouette--
then the abuse--'how can you call with that sh**'--
