    ul, and he would have won with any jack on the river as well, it just goes to show (and what people tend to forget) your never really that far away from being beaten when all in preflop even with pocket aces.

    in fairness igimc isnt that what happens when you limp in under the gun first had with a rag ace first hand of a multi table tournament. Raise or fold pre imo.

    Lol this hand was not sky's fault it was your own you shouldn't even be in the hand in the first place and then you let them hit free cards which then on the turn you pot bet 60 which is nothing and he hits his Q there is a simple lesson from this don't play raggy aces in the first hand of a mtt.

    Whenever i lose a hand and i post it its to see if i played it incorrectly or correctly and got unlucky.

    This helps me improve for next time.

    A. Preflop fold or raise,

    B. Flop put out a small bet it disguises your hand and allows you to see if theirs a stronger ace/FH.

    C. turn same as flop bet to disguise your hand.

    D. river ok fair enough i got bust here too, but if i done the above id be happy.

    Gavin certianly the first two where played the way i would. Just unlucky, and i wouldnt say id lay it down if i was your opponent either.

    The 88 had, id prefer a check - raise on the flop, it screems strenth expessially a check/min raise, only 10/8 and 1010 beat you at this point.

    Other than that well played.

    Also i think the same, i want Harrington on Hold em but then again i dont want to learn from a book.
