I would spice up the tables a bit...have pics of ...naked women.......women wearing seductive clothing and underwear....possibly 2 maybe  3 lesbians have fun....AND for a bit of a change for those that dont like this sort of thing!

if it was ALL MINE i would let each player have there own tourney in there name, let them make there own structure

but they would have to invite players to promote it, and whoever had the most entries after a years play would get a spot prize maybe even monthly prizes

and one other i would introduce is a webcam so there can be real life play and banter instead or aswell as a chat box

Seeing as she is at a bit of a loose-end now.......I would bring in Davina as a kind of exit hand analyst.

She could get all exited doing phone interviews with players exiting the primo, and if it was an outdraw or a bad-beat they could play cheering or booing noises in the background, just like on channel 4.

Id start by reducing the amount of rebuys, id also make freerolls non-rebuy and increase the amount of them.

Id realese a downloadable client, increase advertisement, maybe sponsor a few of the "top players" for bigger tournaments.

Also More Live Events.
