This is a hand from a 50p Double Your Money.

It is early in the tournament, probably the 5th or 6th hand.

Should have I simply raised on the flop and/or turn and take a smaller pot or did I play correctly ?

Maybe could have bet on the turn to build the pot but that river is just very unlucky and there's nothing you can do to get away from it.

Raise more pre, but really your losing your stack here, he calls a shove on flop more than likely. Maybe a big bet on turn would get him off but the river finished it. I dont think you could of got off this hand it was just a matter of how much u lost really

no  was just unlucky the hand played  it self one thing bad play by black gold 2 over cards on the flop  u played bad on turn should have pushed instead u give him a free card  and out draws u slow play no pay dont forget m8 gl next time
