Just played in the £20BH satallite (didnt qualify so all the richies are safe! lol) with 108 runners.
I find it strange that the prize for 1st is the same as £21 st.
I accept that the whole idea is to get into the main event but surely putting a small prize on the top few places cant hurt, even if its only a few quid.

The whole point of these satellites is to be able to qualify cheaply for the main event, as far as i am concerned no further prize is needed.
Why not give added incentive to try to finish 1st?
It is not necessary, once you are in the main event its over, dont matter 1st, or 21st, there is also another issue, some of the semi finals are played on the same day as the final, they need to finish in time for the final, doing this will just drag out a tourny that does not need to.
