These workmen are installing bollards to stop people parking on the pavement outside the royal hospital belfast. They are cleaning up at the end of the day, how long before they realise that they aint going home?

one of them is at least an englishman,if you enlarge the pic you can definately tell the one sweeping up is loonytoons

i reckon the van can fit through them gaps anyway

bet nobody knows how they managed to get the van out though.

I was told shortly after I received this picture by email, and was stunned at the ingenuity of how the van got free.

I would guess they drove in and built around the van, although ghte gaps look big enough for van to fit through as their quiet smalle width wise them ones are
