Hey guys
Recently played a home game with a few mates, which is usually a civilised occasion. We normally payout on 1st & 2nd, however this time raised an interesting argument.
Three players left, chip leader goes all in with around 40k holding 88, short stack of 9k calls holding K10. The last player who has around 21k also calls with AK. The 8's hold up and takes out the two other players, so we have the winner.
This is where the fun started, the winner claimed that as he took the two others out with the same hand there can be no second place payout, therefore winner should take all. As you can imagine the discussion was a bit lively.
I would be grateful of any comments on this, should the winner take all or should the 2nd place be split between the last players.
Cheers

Hope this helps, personally i would exclude the said player if he took all the money or ban him for a couple of games thats just out of order and i gurantee he knew it was wrong
I think that the chipstack sizes decide who would finish 2nd and 3rd.
2nd chip leader in you instance gets the chips!!!
Cheers
