Went back and played last night.Final tabled again but had a much better result. Got down to 7 handed and we agreed a double bubble so I had my buy in back at a minimum. Getting down to 6 took an hour or so. 6 handed took ages and in the end we did a 6 way chop, because the blinds were so big everyone had less than ten BB. So I leave the G casino Luton a happy man and 250 sovs in my back pocket.Pays for my rugby tour next weekend.
Notable incidents include making a C bet first hand to the tune of 3000 when i thought it was 300, pay attention to chips denoms!!!! Shoving from the big blind into two limpers with k4, called by A 10 and flopping a 4. On the bubble,shoving UTG with A 10 suited and gettin called by 33. Binked a 9 on the river to counterfeit his hand.
Deffo going to play this tourney again, hope to see some of you there perhaps.
