Sky Customer Service Staff

Generally, I always thought that the level of the customer service staff was excellent.

However in the past few weeks they appear to be a bit clueless....have Sky recently taken on a lot of new people?

Has anyone else noticed this?

got to be honest i was on c/care today and they were very helpfull and polite, the gentleman i was talking to knew what he was on about
