Apologies i'm reasonably new to the forum but starting to realise no one really cares about bad beats cos they happen all time - but i just needed to vent my fustration to someone!

no more bad beats to be posted any more by me as it part of the game!

lol marvel by all means post them but in Area 51 ;o) that way you let of steam and people will read it, post here if general query about a hand and several of us will chip in with your two pennies worth

most pokersites with a bad beat jackpot would say this is not a bad beat ( you normally have to lose with 8888 or higher)  to the players it is a bad beat. for every hand someone sucks out on you, you will probably suck out on someone else then eventually everyone will suck out on someone and then its just death to look forward to...

Absolutely NO NEED for this to be in area51 as op has never insinuated that it is a fix but indeed just a part of poker,sick yes but just a part of poker.Please please keep posting them as they ARE a massive part of the game but maybe on a more appropriate part of the forum marvel

i looked into the beat jackpot on a few sites, the bit  i didnt like was you must use both hole cards.  i only looked into it as i had just hit a royal flush and villan had straight flush me holding the ace and villan holding the nine.

partypoker only changed to the 2 card ruling a few years ago, too many people were winning with quads on the board and playing the kickers
