this is my approximate guess:
Rat: hmmm, its not as busy shall we turn the percentages up?

Monkey: whoever doesnt post bad shall get uncredible luck if need be vs "one of them"

Monkey: we'll enjoy them losing then, they deserve bad luck

in EU or UK juristriction
