hand 1 if wanted to commit should have shoved flop!

hand 2, should have c bet flop and bet more on turn. robin had great odds to hit straight, knew only hand that beat me was QJ but didnt put him on it

you know what you did wrong on hand 1. only thing I would say in hand 2 is I would never shove over the top of his raise. It's a huge raise and so much is beating you, I would even consider folding but just call see the straight and save yourself 20 quid.

True that sir, exactly what i should have done my flu/cold affected my poker yesterday stupid for playing

yes bet bigger on he turn and dont 3bet the river.

you should never be putting yourself in the position to lose 80% of your bankroll in one session, if you dont have the discipline to stay at the levels you are rolled for, or not play when you dont feel well or are distracted then you will never succeed at poker. i learned this the hard way.

got £24 bankroll challenge now, so will leave cash till £100+ again sucks was just getting back into cash and doing ok aswell. + i am never result orientated dont u worry
