Won but no payout?

this is probably in the wrong part of forum so im sorry for that..
basically i bought in for a £5.00+50p omaha nl dym and came 2nd
but my money has not gone into my account.
i didnt rebuy into any other tournament of anything.
its only £10 but thats not the point.

any help please? ?

ah ok so im glad im not the only one affected. thanks gives me a bit of reassurance that it should be sorted out.

Same here. Only took a bounty but it won't go into my account. Wouldn't take deposit either and refused me entry into a tourney when I had enough.

Definitely some accounting issues - I had a failed attempt to get into a DYM, lost the cash but it eventually re-credited it 20 minutes later whilst I was awaiting support.

So give it a bit, might iron itself out and then go ask for support when it's quieter.

Very happy it fixed itself though, someone must be tidying it up.

i think the site is about to crash, i have just deposited some funds and entered 2 tourneys they took my money but i am not shown as registered in the tourneys they have stolen £16 of my money as I see it !!!!!!!

Yeah I'm having the same issue here, tried to enter the 21:30 BH, taken 2 entry fees off me but I'm not in the tournament.

As long as it gets sorted soon I'm a happy man.

They've taken two deposits of me, one tournament entry and haven't paid the bounty I took from the big one tonight. I'm sure they'll sort it but it's frustrating beyond belief. Most frustrating thing is I can't play. Arrggghhhh.

It will get sorted...I was 160th in the queue, so am not queuing at the minute. I wouldn't let me pull up on cash either, so wouldn't recommend anyone keep trying at the mo'

Same here, showing a minus to my account when won a DYM + problems logging in.

Don't know about you but I seem to notice that there always seem to be problems when there's more than 3 - 4k on the site.
