same here just spoke to cs and they said all funds should be back in the accounts by tomorrow , they also said that they was experiencing technical difficulties but i heard they bailiffs shouting in the back ground at tikay lol

I have just spoken to cs and there response is :

We’re currently having a technical issue which is affecting all our systems. Because of this our hands are tied till we can get the issues resolved, but we will be refunding everyone affected. Bet settlement is also affected so we will get everything settled as soon as the problem is fixed.

 I'm really sorry for this inconvenience

so looks like no more poker tonight for us....
at least we will get our money back :)

I've tried sitting down at 4 cash tables and pulling up 200, 100, 100 and 35 quid.  I didn't play a hand in any but this money is still missing.  Also, paid for tonight's 8pm mtt but no winnings paid.  Nearly choked when i first saw i was a monkey down and feared hacking.  Looks now like a major error affecting everyone so hopefully sky will sort soon.

this happened a few months ago.  they sorted it out within a few hours FWIW. im sure they'll be just as prompt this time around

as im typing this i can see out the corner of my eye my balance went up 3/4 times so i think that the issues are being resolved as we type

i agree but it`s always we`ll look into it, i`m still wait waiting for the so called disconnection problem and yet no response  i`ve told them what i paid and possibile win, also every info they`ve requested computer eg, frirefox but have i been given no info since,
