Couple hands misplayed maybe?

I have a couple of hands that I think I have played a bit poorly.  In the first hand, should I have just checked the river thinking that with a double-paired board on the river, I am now ahead of any 4's that called me on the flop, except A4, which may not fold if I bet the river.  The only hand I can bet off might be K-high, which I'm splitting with anyway.

On Hand 2, should I jam the river to get value out of all the hands I am beating?

Hand 1 - just check the river, you'll only get called by a hand that your behind to or that you will split with!

Hand 2 - I think you played this fine, good strong betting on both the flop and turn. And WD only to call the 50 on the river imo, he could have just hit a flush or even AQ full house ... or anything.

i would bet the turn in hand1 we have otns of fold equity and pot equity makes it an easy bet imo.

hand2 i think postflop is fine but id fold pre

because you are playing aggressively and sensibly, and when you have a massive hand you bet out and stuff. 

it's not like you raised the 34o and flopped a pair or something.

The KJ hand is fine raising pre if you think you can take it down alot/build a pot to win later on with a hand you make. Betting QQx is fine

you don't necssarily have to bet the river in the 1st hand because alot of the small pocket pair hands that have peeled you on the flop have been counterfeited so K high is good, you may fold out Ace high and if so it's a good bet but not that many people will fold an ace here so tbh checking river in hand 1 might be best. otherwise I like the rest.
