I HATE INJURY TIME!!!
I had a nice little 4-way going last night:
Gillingham/Blackburn - over 2.5 goals (Blackburn won 3-1)
QPR/Accrington - over 2.5 goals (QPR won 2-1)
Peterborough/Ipswich - over 2.5 goals (Peterborough won 2-1)
and then................
Reading/Barnsley - under 2.5 goals
Going into injury time Barnsley are 1-0 up and all the other games are finished so a nice little 10/1 shot is about to pay off except for these 2 teams clearly didn't read the script.
Injury time...............A Kozluk own goal makes it 1-1, not so bad, I'm still going to get paid as the bets are in 90 mins but then........................................ Barnsley get a penalty straight away and score. 2-1 & all bets are off!!!
losing a bet with 1 injury time goal is just unlucky but 2 goals?????????????
Anyone else had such cruel luck with football bets before? (or any other sports bets for that matter)
Hopefully this cruel game can make amends for me tonight with these 4:
Arsenal/Celtic - over 2.5 goals
Doncaster/Spurs - over 2.5 goals
West Brom/Rotherham - over 2.5 goals
Newcastle/Huddersfield - over 2.5 goals
This lot pays a little under 9/1.

No nasty surprises this time although at one stage in the 1st half I didn't think they'd be any goals in the Newcastle game at all let alone at least 3.
