3 days wait till you,ve done 3 months lol
me i drop down in stakes play the £2 deepies,play one 1 table just generally play less which you will notice in my points at the end of the month.

Rover my good friend,although i fear 3 days doesnt really count as a downswing i would thoroughly recommend that you try your best to get the chips in when you ARE behind,eg AQ vs an AK or an KJ vs a KQ cos for some strange reason the lower hand wins far more often than not.

Drink a bottle of whisky, smash up the PC with a hammer, start a fight with a random stranger, beat the Missus, kick the dog, drive through a 30mph zone at 90mph, stop shaving and showering, stay in bed for a week.
 
Then calm down. 

Seriously though, drop right down in stakes, play only one table at a time and have lots of fun successfully predicting which of his three outers your opponent will hit on the river. When the tide of bad luck eventually turns and the confidence starts to return it's time to gradually move back to your normal tables.

Used to get over it by coming on the skypoker forum and visualising what the people with profile pictures would look like naked.
