check/fold or check/call river, you cant beat much

Raise more pre - you have two limpers behind, raise to about 200-300.

On that flop i would bet at least 3/4 pot, you are giving anyone on flush draws odds to call......as you say trapping can be dangerous!!

The turn bet is WAY to low. Im shoving here and if he has 7,8 good luck to them. But deffo not half potting - the board is now straightning and flushing.

With that river you need to check behind......oppo only needs an 8 to have a straight.

Look at your original bet size. You've raised 3 xbb which is fine if your first to act but you need to add at least another bb for every one else that has entered the pot. You have 2 limpers + the sb & BB so your minimum bet here is 250 but as it's jacks were holding which is going to see an over card on the flop a lot of the time (which we won't like) then i prefer 350.

after the flop you bet half the pot, with so many in you wanted to shut out (or at least make pay) flush draws & str8 draws so i would have gone min3/4 of the pot here or maybe even potted it. If you get a pot sized bet called here then you can define the range of your opponent and avoid stacking off if the draw gets there
