I personally would have bet the flop or at least check raised rather than check called. No raises pre so you have no definition of your opponents hands and the flop is str8y and flushy.

didn't like the call to all in when straighty board, although worked bravo im assumin you had a good read on your opponent to check call?

I would have check/raised flop, bet turn and bet river. As played I'm folding river - I don't really how you called unless you have reads. I think you got quite lucky.
