Ok seen alot of posts recently about hands auto mucking etc etc. Well I just played a hand and was gonna post in the clinic as I thought he had the straight and wanted opinions on if other people thought he did and i shoulda shoved the river rather than betted what i knew he would call with TP TK+

Anyway, went to post and checked hand - i can see the mucked hand............thats a little worrying to say the least. If a glitch like that can happen in hand history whose to say you cant have a glitcch in game. And i doubt the high rollers will be happy that their oppos can see mucked hands - no?

    I don't think I get it...

It will always show mucked hands in HH because he called.
Any hands that call you on the river are shown in HH.

I made the last agressive action and had to show my hand first - I won so he had the choice to show or muck - he mucked and so i never saw his hand in game but I can in HH.

Not making a big deal of it.......just interesting really.

It really like this on all sites?? I never post on other forums so never really look (Spend majority of poker time here)

Everyone should know this, even people playing for the first time should be made aware of it.

It's invaluable for a cash player.

About 4 years ago on ipoker, I didn't know, and one guy convinced me he could see my mucked hands. But only sometimes......I cudnt figure it out, and reported him. lol

Get making those notes now tapeworm!!!!

it is good especially for the lower level regs - like me, who actually check the HH as alot of my oppos wont do the same.

But is it not worse for a higher stakes player who knows his oppo - who he is likely to play more reguarly?

Why can you see it? I can only assume its due to the live rule, where you can ask to see a beat oppos hand before he mucks (if he calls - same situation as my hand above) - this right?

I use the hh everytime someone calls me on the river and mucks!

    Very handy weapon!

What I don't understand is if we can check the hh after why does the software allow you to muck the hand if you call and lose on river??

Its what Dylan says esp in the live game

If the call is made after the river then showdown must take place, a showdown is showing of all the cards, in the live game if someone chooses to muck then anybody can ask the dealer to show the cards, the table are entitled to see them.

I presume thats why they show in HH, the table are entitled to see them

At my Casino, all cards must be shown at showdown, in Tournaments, but not in Cash games

This is what I was going to say.

Checking the HH is like asking the other player to see his hand after it is mucked. If he has called and as long as his cards haven't physically touched all the folded cards by the dealer then you are entitled to see his hand.

IMO Once a hand is called, dont't do all the "You show first" nonsense. You have called thinking your hand is good, or had value to call so show them. Man up and stop hiding from your opponents.
