bad play by me but some questions on how i shoulda played it

So i played this real bad looking back at it, but my question is. should i have raised the flop rather than calling with my over pair - even though its 3 handed.....risking a reraise or just let the hand go. Also same thing on the turn with my flush draw...... and on the river was the bet stupid as stupid does. so many questions to so many bad plays lol!!!

HYPETING

Pre-Flop is perfect. On flop you probably want to raise jus to see were you are or even to bluff and take down the pot there and then.. On the turn another heart comes down and the villain with the nut flush draw is always going to call. And by the river your pot commited with second nut flush, and all you can do is call his all-in.

If you raised pre-flop you cant just call on flop and on turn just to hit your cards. Your chasin and you must show agression in a raised pot by yourself.
