Unregistering from a tourney you satellite in to

Hi there,I used to play on Sky Poker in the past and decided to give it a try again when I got the email about the new software. So anyway I pull up a couple of tables to see what it is like. One is a satellite to the $500 velocity,I win a seat. I don't feel like playing the tourney so I unregister expecting to be credited the buy in as this is what happens on every other site I play on. Is this not the case? I have not received the buy in and have even lost the amount for the satellite. Obvioulsy the stakes are very small but that isnt really relevant. Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this.

if you contact customer care they should sort this out for you probably by enterting you into the same tournie but on another day suitable for you
