O.K  so the ruskies won the right to stage 2018,  QUATAR to stage 2022, if  FIFA`s policy is now to give it to places that aint hosted the WORLD CUP before, and dont know flop all about football, I now wish to put up my local park for consideration to host any WORLD CUP TOURNAMENT. I promise to teach the local hoodies & druggies all errors of their ways (eventually) & put in a transport  structure that consists of a minibus (when im not to pis sed to drive it), as for accommodation my sister has got a few spare rooms that she would be happy to rent out at well above the odds, (extras can be arranged). anyway sepp blatter i know we aint got any chance of securing the next WORLD CUP but ive spent £15 on fridays Euro Millions Jackpot & if i win that then i know im in with a chance....just txt me your account number....
