Hi guys,

 i recieved an £11 token which I decided to use in the TSP classic tonight.  I decided I would play the £2.20 toruny this afternoon.

My £11 token was used to enter this tourny and I lost the balance.  Apparently the token is used first no matter what the value of the tourny you enter.

So make sure the first time you play a game after downloading the token that the game matches the value

I did the same thing my token was for £5.50 thought ill enter £2.75 bounty hunter that way get 2 tourneys out of the token lol

I knew you couldn't use it for multiple entries I just thought you were given the option of when to use it, or it would be used the first time you entered a tourny that was of an equal or higher value

Happened to me too.

Typical Sky, they tell you you have to pay balance if entrance fee is higher than token, but surprisingly forget to mention you lose the balance if the fee is less.

i got a token for a £5.50 tourny.it did state on the email it is to be used for any £5.50 game......although most other sites give you the option of using the token or paying cash when you try to register for it.

You've made me feel better now Jock. I did exactly the same thing last night  

I knew you couldn't use it for multiple entries but I assumed you'd get the choice as to whether or not to use it & I was planning on using it for tonight's TSP. I entered a £5.50 DYM instead!

Never mind, live & learn & should we be fortunate enough to receive bonuses like this again in the future then we know what to do

u dont have to PLAY in the event 1st just register first

ie I used the token to play in the TSP last night & registered for that FIRST - then paid entry into the £2.20 deepie in the afternoon.

i never read emails, saw this token and thought, I'll try it on a 30p DYM to see how it works, thinking it would leave me with £5.20 if i lost, do'h, at least i won the dym, £5.50, to win 50 p
