Going nicely, almost doubled up in cash, then in space of 3 hands all that hard work gone as I get stacked.
Had KK on button - 5bb pre raise and get reraised by lag. I go over the top expecting his usual fold. Nope, he has AA and they hold. the third time he'd had them and this time he plays them agressively!
Then I have JJ - limp raises pre, I put in 5bb pre and get 5 callers (probably should have been 10?). Board comes 8 high, with 2 hearts. There's a small bet into pot, I go allin after one caller. I get one caller who has 8s.
Oh dear.
I'd set myself the target of doubling up, then quitting as well.
It's a conspiracy I tell you!!
