Start looking at hands you play and spotting the obvious mistakes.

Ask yourself, why did I do that? Why did I call here? Why did I raise? - even if you made the right call/raise - what was your reasoning behind it?

    For example the hand above....

Why were you sat with only 35 big blinds?

Why did you call a pre flop raise for more than half of your stack?

Why did you save half your stack? are you going to fold if you don't like the flop?

How many flops are you gonna like with 66? - and how should the likelihood of a flop with 2 or 3 overcards effect your play pre flop?

Im not saying post all your hands in the clinic for high stakes regs to look at, these are very very very basic things.

post a couple more of your hands (hold em) on this thread, and talk through what you were thinking, and why you did what you did.

There was no reason to call that all-in bet.

If you think about what you are up against....

    an underpair - unlikely
an overpair - you are only 20% to win the hand
    2 overcards - coin flip
    1 over card - unlikely.

So at BEST you are 50/50 to win the hand - its just not worth it.

say grrrr, fold the hand and wait for a better spot.

the post flop all in is not so bad and the call by gilly is awful and you just got unlucky.
