I think in the small print it states

Terms and conditions

section 6 paragraph 4 line 2

All entries to santas sack are dependant on the following criteria being met.

1. Rich Orford finishing in top 3 cashes in final week

2. Any disputes, please refer to item 1

3. Should the criteria from section 1 & 2 are not met default to section 4

4. Let IAMALLIN2 claim a seat as Santa is never on his table.
