double stack sat not right?

playing in the d stack sat for tonight.. 39 runners.. 9 qualify and the 10th gets....nothing... not played in this sat before but in the others i played one would pick up the excess cash when the players/seats number didn't round up.. why not so in this?

 Check to see wether the winner got the excess. For some reason this as happend a few time recently!
