how do u pick your self up off the floor after a losing run????

hi all this is not a moaning thread by any measure just lost few big hands and want to know how do others cope with losing  dont think ive been on tilt moad yet i will dust my self off saying next time next time i will win but problem is next time seems long way off so while i wait for that time what shall i do may be dym again as cash and mtts seem to be wiping my roll off again lol
