Network Errors using the new software

The reason I have oput this here is because there does not seem to be any body repling to my reports under technical queries.
Am I the only one suffering from interrupted games and loosing money and getting really frustrated from this occurrense several times.?

Hi Wynne, Can I suggest that if you aren't getting a response to your forum posts then you contact customer support who might be able to help, or if not they can at least make the Tech team aware of the problem.  Or an alternative would be to send a PM to Sky_Adam who I understand is in charge of the new download project.

Had another network error last night at about 23.25 while in a 10 seater S&G. \suggestion from one of the players was to get rid of the software and revert to the old system, which I am doing tonite.
