raked hand

I am a beginner. Can you please tell me what a raked hand is.

    For each hand (where a flop is seen) in a cash game the Poker Site that hosts the game takes a sum of money as a service charge for providing the game.
    This money is known as the "rake".

    Any hand where a rake is taken is known as a "raked hand".
