I like the play if i was in this posistion i would bet more pre around 1200 to 1400 this then sets up a bigger pot for your strong hand or takes this hand out of the equation and you win pre.
Flop bet is way too small you need to look strong this size bet isnt really buying much info and makes you look weak i would 90% of the time lead out at 2000 to 2400 here with the intention of shoving the turn if any card lower than a j which isnt a spade comes down. I like your play and in answer to your thread your only getting him off this hand on the river if you shove and even then he may not as your betting seems weak throughout.
