Origins of Flop / Turn / River?

Has anyone come across any stories for the origins of these three poker terms?

I have come across the origins for various hand nicknames, the nuts etc. but not these three staples of the poker lingo.

Any guesses?

The "Flop" is so called to signify the feeling in the pit of your stomach, when you have shoved "All in" with Ace King, get called by Pocket 3's.......  and miss it completely.

The "Turn" is what happens to the colour of your face when the next card doesn't help.  

The "River" is used to describe the amount of urine around the table when, after this card, your Ace King has been well and truly done in by the pocket 3's.  This state of affairs occurs when all the other players at the table wet themselves with laughter

River is where the fish are thrown when they hit after an outragious call
