You should know what you are going to do if you get 3bet before you press the raise button. Against most people I would suggest calling flop is your best option. If you decide to raise then don't make it so huge.

He's put you on a queen here and thinks hes getting value with the 3bet, So he could be looked at a set, over pair or AQ.
