I won a Torny and not been entered to Santas Sack!!!

I won the £5000 open last night 770425451 and it was nice to win £ 1710 but also won a seat into the Santas Sack torny. But have not been entered, anyone know why please.? Thanks !!!!!!!!

Yeh if it was played like a satellite you would of been entered straight away but it was just played as an additional prize so would probably need to notify someone.

there was a santa's sack entry added to the forum deepstack on tuesday i won this and i haven't been entered either

If you have won entry into the Santa Sack and haven't been entered in the game then can I suggest that you contact Customer Support with details of your winning entry and I am sure they will sort it out for you.
