just started the sat.. 12 players.. 2 seats but NONE of the excess money designated to the 3rd OR the 1st place as it has been lately.. wtf is going on?

hi debs' yeah i checked and triple checked.. have the glitches been happening sice the download came in to play?

when i read this post before i went and checked and yes he is correct there was 12 runners 2seats but no cash at all. and it does say 1 in 5

Hi guys, can I suggest that you contact customer care, give them the details of the tournament and ask them to pass the details onto the Poker team.

Hi Lord Bobby,

I'm really sorry to hear you've had a problem with these. I am not actually on my work laptop but I will bring this thread to the right people's attention and we'll look into getting it resolved. I suspect I know what has gone wrong (basically a setting in the tournament template that needs to be assigned correctly or buggy things like this crop up), but again I don't want to say 100% for sure until one of the team look into it more fully for you.
