Not sure why you put yourself in a coin flip situation here?
Why not raise standard 2 - 3 x bb and if he calls and misses, when you raise on the turn, he'll be folding.

because i have 14BB and dont want to see a flop with JJ. Any raise i make means after i c-bet a Q/K/A high flop means im commited
