Seating in an MTT

edited January 2011 in Poker Chat
I don't get it just been in a satellite tourny, blinds are big only have about 7BB as do most,

So as the blinds go through me knocking me down to bout 5.5BB it moves me table when i was on the button and seats me right next to the big blind, next hand i pay the BB..

Is this the case in eveyr MTT everywhere else? Feel a bit hard done and also this happened LOL not my year already i can feel it, so many beats already.

Think that's just part of how tournaments work.

It sucks but I beleieve as well as the quick blinds you faced here you also get situations where you get extra hands between blinds, say if you were in middle position when moved and found yourself on the button on your new table? Not certain with this to be honest never pay much attention when moved.

I guess some warning of an imminent move and your new position may have changed how you played so could have improved things, but gets a little complicated to preempt that stuff.
