when i lost connection  i had qq could not bet then suddenly when back had kk could not bet again when i got back in very short stack i bet now i can`t get buy in back at min because i bet, sorry sky that`s a joke

If you contact customer care I am sure they will sort it out for you.  As has been said on another thread it might be best to contact them later tonight or tomorrow as they are currently swamped by people affected by the earlier problems.
