Strange compensation from Customer Services

Spoke to customer services after the site went down and was offered an evening with Tikay as compensation. Not meaning to sound ungrateful, I explained to the customer services rep that a night listening to Tikay talking about Locomotives all night was not for me and suggested an evening in the delightful company of Lisa would be more compensating for my loss of buy in.

The rep then explained that my buy in would not entitle me to an evening with the lovely Lisa and that I was lucky my buy in was not smaller as I could have ended up with Rich Orford!

I politely declined and just accepted the loss of my 10 pounds. Money isn’t everything after all.
