He had an open-ended straight draw, an overcard and a back-door flush draw, thats gives him 40% equity against your jack. You could be c-betting after missing the flop as far as he knows. He has you covered and therefore stands to win a bounty if you call the shove and he hits, I actually quite like his play.

you should fold very quickyly when he shoves on the flop.

you have middle pair and could be behind many hands.

there was a over card to your pair and flush and straight draws.

this early in the tournement should be a easy fold
