hi all ,was just curious ,as to why ,the cash tables 5p 10p are 200 bb deep ,max buy in £20 ,only just getting too grips with playing cash ,and creeping slowly up the levels ,and was a little uncomfortable putting £20 down ,i always buyin for the max ,and was even more uncomfortable buyin in for 100 bb £10,was dominated by bigger stacks ,,,,,,,,,,,,i mean ,i want to play 5p 10p ,but i may as well skip that  level and play 10p 20p ,for the same  buyin ............but i dont want too run b4 i can walk ,,,,,,,,,,,,,just wondered why 5p 10p was 200 bb deep ,when everything else is 100 bb deep,is there a reason why ? thanx ten

I dont know why to be honest. But there is also a table called "Deepstack" at 10/20p where you can by in for 40.

When I play cash at that level, I always put down £10 as it's the correct buy in for those tables. Don't forget some people at the table will have run up the amount they have in front of them. If it bothers you putting down a tenner, you're not bank rolled properly(scared money never wins). Find a table where the majority have less than a tenner and put your money on there.

Not a good idea as you can massively lose out on value when you get premium hands

Tenofspades do not do as above!!! you really should not be fased by the bigger stacks i do suggest you buy in for 100bb as theres plenty of play there, stack dynamics dont play as great of a role as they do in tourneys! only when you get annoying short stackers that is lol because they keep shoving ino you!

I dont know why all nl10 tables are all 200bb but this does not make any difference!! anyway gl with cash m8

its not scared money at £10 ,im rolled for it ,and have played at higher stakes ,and still do now and then,but i want to stick to strict bankroll management this time around ,putting £10 down ,and then a double up ,only makes me equal to the table max buyin ,so if i lose a full buyin after that  ,im at a £10 loss,where as if the buyin was £10 max i would still have my original buyin of £10 and not at a loss,,,,,why is that level 200bb deep?,why isn't 50nl 200bb deep ? is there programming error ? why is everything else 100bb deep ,but 10 nl is 200bb deep ,is there a reason for this?

I really cannot think of ANY logical reason why this is and furthermore i think they should set up some tables where the 5p/10p table is a MAX 100 big blinds,surely this is possible?
