pop up...... POP OFF!!!!

HOW DO I GET RID OF THE 'WHAT SKY HAS TO OFFER' POP UP WHEN I OPEN THE SITE.

NO TO POP UPS!

    Ok  first you make a cupa     get your chocky bickies an dunk,     Then Click the little X on the banner,   take another dunk,     then click x on banner when it pops up again.    repeat  process about 50 more times,    Next take hammer      apply it firmly onto laptop or montor screan,   Wait about 1 mnt then regret your actions,  It gets rid of the pop up but hurts in process.
